A national imaging network faced escalating egress charges and a tightening data residency mandate that its hyperscaler could not satisfy in country.

The approach

We migrated its PACS and VNA estate onto a sovereign regional cloud under the capitalised model, with concierge migration and zero downtime cutover region by region.

The challenge

A multi site hospital group had no meaningful backup of its Entra ID tenant. Conditional access, role assignments and app registrations were entirely unprotected against ransomware.

The approach

We deployed sovereign, healthcare grade identity DR: daily encrypted, object locked snapshots into a sovereign region, with keys held outside the protected cloud and a quarterly disaster recovery test.
